The following terms and conditions govern the use of the D&F Services SPA website and the transport services offered by the company. By using this site and/or hiring our services, you accept these terms.

1. Service description
D&F Services SPA is a Chilean company dedicated to private passenger transport, offering staff transport, corporate services, private transfers and safety operations associated with transport. The specific conditions of each service will be previously agreed with the client in a formal quote.
2. User obligations
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information when requesting a quote, to use the website in a lawful and respectful manner, and to follow the driver’s instructions and current regulations during the provision of the transport service.
3. Quotes and payments
Quotes have a validity period indicated in the proposal itself. Prices and payment terms will be agreed on a case-by-case basis and formalized prior to the execution of the service.
4. Limitation of liability
D&F Services SPA will not be liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, protests, road blockades, or for the user’s failure to follow instructions. Our liability for the provision of the transport service will be governed by applicable Chilean law.
5. Intellectual property
The contents of the website (texts, images, logos and code) are the property of D&F Services SPA or used with the authorization of their owners. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.
6. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. For any dispute arising from the use of the site or the contracted services, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of justice of the city of Santiago, Chile.
