1. Data we collect
We collect the personal data you voluntarily provide when completing the quote form on the contact page, including: full name, email, phone, company, service type and comments.
2. Purpose of processing
Personal data is used exclusively to respond to your quote request, coordinate the requested transport service, communicate with you about it, and comply with legal and contractual obligations. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your express consent.
3. Data retention
Data will be retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and, thereafter, for the period required by applicable law for the retention of tax and contractual documents. Once these periods expire, the data will be securely deleted.
4. Data subject rights
In accordance with Law 19.628 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition. To do so, write to contacto@dyfservicespa.com stating your request and the information that allows us to verify your identity.
5. Information security
D&F Services SPA adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data provided, preventing its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access.
6. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legal or jurisprudential developments. Any change will be published on this same page.
